SCHOOL BUS SERVICE

During the school year, the Renaud Group transports more than 5,000 students daily. To accommodate special needs, the desires of the schools, the expectations of the school boards and certain private institutions, as well as the requirements of the consortia, this service entails different types of routes and the use of a variety of vehicles.

PARATRANSIT SERVICE

Paratransit is offered to people who have a significant and persistent disability that makes them unable to use regular transportation. The Renaud Group’s mission is to promote the mobility of all people. We specialize in accessible transportation, which is essential for the social and educational integration of disabled people. For many years now, at the request of cities and regional county municipalities, we have offered paratransit as a public service. Also, in collaboration with school boards and the consortia, we provide efficient, safe transportation to young people with functional limitations. In order to satisfy our customers and offer the best quality service, our fleet includes three types of accessible vehicles of different capacities:

How can I sign up for the delay alert system?
You must select the route numbers for which you wish to receive the alerts.

I have more than one child to sign up; how do I proceed?
For a single email address, simply select ALL routes for which you wish to receive the alerts. This should include all your children’s routes. If you sign up more than once on the same email address, the last registration will be the one that counts, and the others will be deleted automatically.

Where can I find my child’s route number?
To obtain information concerning your child’s route number, please refer to the child’s school or school board.

Delay or cancellation alert service by email
You must know the route numbers for which you wish to receive the alerts. For a single email address, simply select ALL routes for which you wish to receive the alerts. This should include all your children’s routes. If you sign up more than once on the same email address, the last registration will be the one that counts, and the others will be deleted automatically.

To obtain the right information and sign up for the right routes, please refer to the sheet that your child has received or will receive shortly with all the necessary information. If you do not receive this information, please contact the transport office closest to you.

It is important to note that you must sign up again for this service at the beginning of each school year.


Private institutions:
For certain private schools, school transport may be attached to a school board. In these cases, delays will be posted with the school board in question. You will find transport delays and cancellations in the section mentioned below.
